Hi Kathrin,
I and some colleagues just finish a simplier model than yours, using the same indicators that was used by
CHAN, C. C. A. Examining the relationships between individual, team and organizational learning in an Australian hospital. Learning in Health and Social Care. v.2, n.4, p.223-235, Blackwell Publishing Ltd., 2003.We created a structural model with IL, TL, and OL with these results:
IL -> TL = 0,3
IL -> OL = 0,4
TL -> OL = 0,4 (all significants).
About your question:
1) Learning speed will be included in the model as a predictor of the Organizational Performance
2) and it will be used as a moderator variable in OL -> Performance relation
If was this what you are explaining, I agree with you, and I am curious about your results. Tell me when you have it published.
Just one last question: you have collected data in the individual or organizational level?
I my case, IL, TL, OL was measured at individual level,
but in your case, performance should be measured in organizational level. How you managed this?
Best regards
Bido
