I read the paper and understand the Statistics theory about x1*z1, x1*z2, x1*z3, x2*zi, ...and so on. But technically how do I draw an indicator as x1*z1 with SmartPLS2.0?

Such a functionality is not implemented in SmartPLS. I suggest that you perform those calculations – e.g. in MS Excel - by creating new variables before you import the data into SmartPLS.
