Hi,
Can you use PLS to predict an unknown concentration, if you have two different datasets for each known concentration; let's say the first set is reflectance vs. wavelength, and the second set is impedance magnitude vs. frequency?
Sorry if this is a silly question, but I'd like to hear from the experts if that is possible.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

unknown concentration
PLS is an extension of regression and path modelling, so it should be possible.
