Mediation and Moderation with PLS

Hi all,

I am new to the Smart PLS software but I have looked at the video tutorial and it seems very exciting!.

I am interested in achieving a number of objectives with the software. For example, I will like to do discriminant factor analysis and perform both mediation and moderation tests on my variables. I am not sure too about interpretation of results. I have tried to download the written manual from the website but it is proving to be a great challenge.

Please can you point me to anything that I can read on a step by step basis (e.g written tutorial) for the above named analyses?

Also, can you please send me references to some published work that would have used Smart PLS for management issues?
