composite reliability formula

Hello

Could you please give the exact formula for composite reliability?

I've searched this forum, I've searched the internet and what I've found is only that it's similar to Cronbach's alpha, but involves loadings somehow. I've googled for the articles, but they aren't right available.

And speacking about Cronbach's alpha: are you using a standard formula with the variance of the sum of manifest variables in the denominator or something else?

Thanks for help

This is the same as rho used in covariance methods.
