Measurement invariance of composites

Hi,
I have 6 composites (1 independent variable, 1 mediator and 1 dependent variable and 3 moderators) and I found only one composite that its quantile is higher than c. In this case, compositional invariance is not supported for one composite.
Can I conduct multigroup analysis. If I cannt, what should I report in my dessertation about the disability of conducting multigroup analysis.
I will be gratfull if you help me
