Permutation approach

Now, I am conducting permutation approach in smartpls 3 to assess whether the difference between subgroups is significant. Is there nice sources that I can use to report that permutation test is one of the preferable tests for multigroup analysis (my data is non-normal data)?

There are several books and journals that discuss Permutation test, you can read there. I recommend to read the book by Philip Good.
