open data file (file corrupt)

Hello,
When I try to open my date file (csv), none of the indicators were shown, though the raw file is correct. This happened to me several times. Sometimes, when I try to delete the data, it can't be deleted (an error occured...)
Is this a bug?
Thanks,

Dear Dr,
It seems that when I imported the file (csv) from Excel, SmarPLS doesn't mark any indicators. So, I tried to do it from SPSS (save file as csv), in this case, all got fine.
Thank you for your help,
Regards,

Saving from SPSS as csv is not working for me. I keep getting the corrupt message.

I have the same issue. Any idea how to resolve it. Moreover, I see that I am unable to run the Consistent PLS Bootstraping in my PLS 3 version. Both the data file problem and this problem seemed to have occured around the same time. I did not face such problems a few months before while using.

Yes, you can also send your data to the support, but please make sure that you have read and followed all the recommendations here:
https://www.smartpls.com/documentation/ ... ata-import
Especially make sure that you do have only numbers after row 1 (the header row with the variable names). 90% of the problems that we receive have some form of non-numeric character in their data.
