Hi,
With PLS it's possible to find the significant and non-significant links, at the same time it's possible to check the necissity of existence of construct or indicator of a constreuct in model with PLS.
The question is if we find out that the link isn't significant, does it means that the correspanded construct must be removed from model or there is another solution for ?

Best regards

That depens on your theory. If a path is not significant, check if the quality parameters of the two constructs are good, and they exhibit convergent and discriminant validity. If all this is true, then yoyu can say that the two do not influence each other, but that depends on what hypothesis you want to prove. Sometimes a negative result is good enough a hypothesis to prove.
