Intraction effect

Hi,

I have 2 independent variables (A&B), one dependent variable (X) and two moderators (M1&M2).
A-->X
B-->X
M1*A-->X
M1*B-->X
M2*A-->X
M2*B-->X
I'm using two stage model recommended by Chin. Model 1 without interaction and model 2 with interaction effect.
So, My question is should I calculate moderators separately. I mean should I calculate model 1 and 2 for M1. and again do it for M2.
Or I can include both of them.

Create three ways interaction for estimate it.
