Hi everybody,
I got a question on the assumptions of the FIMIX PLS method as implemented in SmartPLS. Following the methodology as described by Ringle et al. (2005) I understand that FIMIX-PLS assumes the distribution of the endogenous latent variables to be standard normal. If that is the case (some backing is appreciated), does this imply that my indicators are assumed to be distributed normal as well?
