standardization/rescaling/outer weights

Hi all,
I understand from what I have read that if certain conditions are met/not met, the MVs are standardized and then rescaled to calculate the final weights and loadings. What is the procedure used by SMARTPLS? Why does the restandardized measurement model mean? Should i use the values there or the valkues in the outer weights/loadings tables for the fianl weights and loadings?
