Blindfolding and Predictive Relevance – Q 2

sorry i do not know have to calculate the Blindfolding and Predictive Relevance – Q 2 in my modl.
Ijust have one dependent(endogenous) variable by choosing it in blindfolding box and runing the test it give me two value cv red and cv com.
1-is it enough to check my Blindfolding and Predictive Relevance – Q 2
and have i can check if i want to include my Dependent variable.

2- is this test just for my endogenous should be done or also for my exogenous variable i should run this test.
3- do you have any video related to this topic
