Hi everyone,
I am checking reliability for outer models and found many of the indicators yielded unacceptable result.
a. Indicator Reliability (square of loadings) < 0.4 (Hulland, 1999)
b. AVE < 0.6 (Bagozzi and Yi, 1988).
Could you advice what does that mean and what shall be done?
