relationship between components of formative construct(s)

I am sorry I didnt figure out the drawing function so not able to draw the framework here.
The framework is like this, A and B are two dimensions of Formative Construct 1 and C and D are two dimensions of Formative Construct 2. A1 and A2 are two dimension of A (A is also a formative construct), and Formative Construct 1 is antecedent of Formative Construct 2.
The qn is:
1) how to use PLS to test which one is a more significant determinant to FC2, A or B?
2) how to test the relationship between A1 and FC2 significant or not?
