I am using a reflective-formative design. Withe regards to the formative indicators, How can I conduct a convergent validity if I didn't include a single item/global item measure in the survey?

I think you cant. did you only use the formative indicators ?
The formative indicators act like independent variables and the reflective as dependent variables for the convergent validity. It´s a regression betwen the formative construct and reflective construc, where you analyze how well do the formative indicators predict the reflective construct.
So i think, what are you trying to predict with your formative indicators? and how are you measuring what you are trying to predict using the formative indicators?
if you are using only the formative indicators you dont have how to evaluate the relative contribution of each indicator in the construct.
