Negative value in cross-loadings matrix

Negative value in cross-loadings matrix

Hello,

I have been using SmartPLS for 2-3 months now and this is the first time I notice a negative value in the Cross-loadings Matrix. What does it mean and is there a problem with it?

(Otherwise the Cross-matrix is clean and there are no greater cross-loadings).
