calculation of redundancy

Redundancy estimates for each endogenous construct are different, and lower, than the product of communality by r square for each endogenous. However, cv-redundancy becomes closer to this product: cv-redundancy is much higher than estimated with original sample with PLS. Could you help me understand this result?
