Please any reference how to use a dichotomized type/dummy variables in SmartPLS.

In general with help of SmartPLS it is possible to use “single” dummy variable as independent variables. But as far as I know you cannot use more than one dummy variable per construct with the actual implemented algorithms. Furthermore you cannot use a dummy variable as dependent variable. In the last case you have to use a logit regression.

Thanks. Then I think I can make a first-order formative construct of more than one dummy variables and introduce it in the model. Agree?

What do you mean with a "first-order formativ construct"? If you mean single item measurements as independent variables than I would say "yes".

Hi Christian!
I mean to make one latent construct from all 5 dummy variables. BR
