hello! when i draw a model, somebody ask me why i say it is second-order, not HCM? i feel that are same. but i do not know how to explain. so would you please tell me? i also want to know what the difference it is. thanks a lot!!!

Higher-order construct is the more general term as you could also have third-order or fourth-order constructs.
