HTMT Values

Hello all, first of all I apologize for my English. I hope you can understand me. In my model when I run the PLS Algorithm, there are few HTMT values above 0.9 but when I do bootstrapping, the values between "Confidence Intervals Bias Corrected" 2.5%-97.5% do not contain the value of 1.
I dont know if I should keep the variables or not. I would be glad if you can help me, thank you.
