Deletion of indicator

Hi,
I'm new to Smart PLS 3. Can I ask. For convergent validity, if there is 1 indicator with outer loading below 0.7 (more than 0.6) and AVE more than 0.5, should i delete the indicator?
If i deleted it, what would be the justification. And if I'm not, why?
If i deleted it, then there are only 2 indicators left, is it suitable to measure the latent variable?
