Reflective- reflective or reflective- formative?

Reflective- reflective or reflective- formative?

I have 3 multidimensional constructs in my model. The dimensions are reflective to their manifest or indicators. But i don’t know whether they are reflective-reflective or reflective-formative constructs. How could i know?
