I know, that Bootstrapping is an estimation. But which results are right? Is there a right or wrong? Or is it all the same? Does anybody know a good source for my problem?

Hi Ella,

Yes, because PLS used iterative procedure. So if you run bootstrap twice with some options, you get different result. But just little different in T-statistic and standard error (path coefficient fix).
