Moderation Analysis

Dear Sir, I have one question related to the moderation analysis. I have one moderator variable which is called level of awareness on e-commerce. The moderator variable is separated into five: 1) Not familiar, 2) Limited, 3) Basic, 4) Above average and 5) Excellent. This variable is measured by one item on the survey instrument by asking the respondent to rate his or her awareness on the e-commerce awareness level. If I want to do the moderation analysis, which approach is more suitable whether product indicator approach (PIA) or multi-group analysis (PLS-MGA)? Thank you.
