IPMA_negative values on total effects (x-axis)

Hi All,
Construct Total effect Performance
Construct A 0.455 47.965
Construct B 0.124 74.124
Construct C -0.116 65.590
Construct D -0.369 72.678

What should i do to rectify this problem occurred in negative total effect? TQ

First, you should think about whether it makes sense that there is a negative effect of the variable onto your final construct.
Total effects mean that you have at least one negative effect in your chain of effects. Is that negative effect plausible?

If the negative effects are plausible and you want to compare constructs in their absolute contribution, then just use the absolute value in your IPMA chart.
If the negative effects are not plausible, try to fix your model before you do an IPMA analysis.

Thank you for reply.
Anyway, would you show us what are the steps to be taken in SmartPLS3.0 when we want to use absolute values?
(or what preparation should we do before running the absolute values analysis in IPMA analysis?)

You need to do that yourself with the values provided. Anyway I would redo and customize the figures for a paper with excel or similar to make them nicer looking and add information specific to your problem. Our charts are only for a first visial inspection.
