I'm very interested in knowing what smartpls does when you use case wise replacement of missing values. What are these estimates based on?

that name confused me at first, too.
with this method every row with one or more missing values will be deleted.

Thank you very much, this clearifies. The name is rather confusing, normally you call it case wise deletion.
