Hi PLS experts,

My researh model has two mediator, one IV and one DV
My question: when i interpret result will i look path coefficient or direct effects.
IV effects DV significantly without mediator
When I include Mediator this effects insignificant.
This means iv not effects DV. ?

For a mediation model you look at the direct and indirect effects. Together they will be the total effect (i.e., the effect without the mediator). You will find more information in the PLS SEM book (https://www.smartpls.com/documentation/ ... s-sem-book) and on our website (https://www.smartpls.com/documentation/ ... /mediation)
