Using correct effect size/calculate sample size in G power

Hello,
I currently am working on an assignment where I need to record the effect size and sample size of 4 predictive variables. It must be done using t-test with the information given (see attachment). I am not sure if I need any of that information to calculate effort size and sample size in G power. Do i just put the effect size at 0.15, use a multiple regression model, a err prob of 0.05 and a power of 0..95 and see what the sample size is based on that for all variables? Someone please help.
