In order to calculate GoF , we need to use formula proposed by Amato et al., 2004 as cited by Tenenhaus et al. 2005. The formula says GoF=geometric mean of the average communality and average R².
My model contains Formative indicator and reflective indicators and a single item indicator. While Calculating average communality should take into consideration communalities of only mult-iitem reflective indicators or all the items present in the model.
