(ASK) How to determine Q^2 stone

Post by husseins »

I tried to run Q^2 with omission distance 7. Based on discussion in this forum the value of Q^2 is based on the table of "construct crossvalidated redundancy". However, in my PLS's output there are 8 tables of construct crossvalidated redundancy. Case 1 to 7 and total. So from which table I should take the score of Q^2?

Thank you

Dear Ananda,

You should use the value from the “total column”.

Best,
