Dear Forum,
When it's necessary to find the same model for two samples (in order to compare in the future), is it recommended the use of consistent pls algorithm / Consistent Bootstrapping in the tests with the same model? Or it's better use the normal pls algorithm and the normal consistent bootstrapping?
Thank you very much

The choice is more about whether you think you have a factor model or a composite model.
