Thanks. Currently, you can test two moderators at the same time but not their three-way interaction (this may become an option in one of the future releases). At the moment you can copy and paste the latent variable scores to SPSS or other statistics programs and run the three-way interaction in the usual regression analysis approach.

There is a problem with importing externally computed interaction terms: they will be standardized due to the routine standardization of the PLS algorithm. However, interaction terms SHOULD NEVER be standardized. It will bias results.
The SmartPLS 3 functions for the normal two-way interactions account for this problem, because they know which variable is an interaction term.
