Do I need to provided p value in Pearson's correlation coefficient ?

It depends. Is it only descriptive information? Then you usually do not need significance information. Especially if your correlations are as high as yours, they are very likely to be highly significant.
If you are testing, whether some correlations are different from zero, then you need p-values as information about their significance.
