Negative Rho_A Despite Excellent Cronbach's Alpha

Like the title suggests, now i have negative rho_a value for some reflective constructs when they have excellent (>.8) Cronbach's alpha and Composite Reliability scores.

New to smartpls 3. Anyone can help me understand this? More importantly, what shall i do to move my analysis forward?

Hmmh, this sounds strange. Do you also get these results with the latest SmartPLS release? https://www.smartpls.com/downloads
