Soting of variables

Post by Max »

In datasets you often have variables like:

q1,q2,q3,q4,q5,q6,q7,q8,q9,q10,q11,q12.........

When these go into SmartPLS, they are sorted, in both the gui and the output like:

q1,q11,q12,q2,q3........

This does not seem intuitive. Would it perhaps be possible to change the sorting order, or perhaps have an option of the two and then unsorted perhaps?

Best Regards

Sorting, not following alphabet order

I totally agree to the suggestion of Max Schmeling. In addition, It is required to list up the variable used in the output of the SmartPLS as I want to order, not following alphabet order: for example, the sequence of q1, q2, q3, q4, q5, p1, p2, p3.
