Help in run SmartPLS3

Hi, I installed the new version (smartpls3). But when I run it, I get this error: "failed to create the Java Virtual Machine". What should I do? Help me please.

Launch the software and enter your email address in the initial screen for the free Student version. Or purchase a license on our website!

I Installed Java version as suggested in the web page to install the version 3.1.9_64bit. I cannot launch the program PLS3, I get the error message "java was started but returned exit code=13" Any help?

Please make sure you also installed the SmartPLS 64-bit version. The most common reason behind this problem is, you are trying to run/install different bit versions - e.g. a 32-bit SmartPLS with a 64-bit Java.
Can you check that first, please`?
