Dear Sir/Ma'am,

How can i test common method variance bias using SmartPLS. Please suggest any paper in this regard.

In case, my data shows high common method variance. what remedial measures i can adopt to mimimize the CMV

I also interest this issue. May be next month I will publish one paper about that. Generaly, I recommend used CFA merker approach or Measured Latent Merker Variable (MLMV) for detect/controlling CMV more than 50% (self reported date).

For MLMV, you must design questionaire before collect date. Check Chin et al. 2012 paper from Symposium PLS Houston for detail explain.
