effect size calculate in mediaiton model

I have some problems about effect size calculate in parallel mediation model. my mediator model as you see attached below. while ı am calculating effect size ı am using this formulas f² effect size = (R²(incl.) – R²(excl.)) / (1 - R²(incl.)) q² = (Q²_included - Q²_excluded) / (1 - Q²_included) . Also smartpls output is giving me f² and Q²
Question 1: which variables ı must exclude respectively when ı used formulas
Question 2: Should ı use only smartpls output f² and Q²
Question 3: how can ı report this in table form
