does the student version has the same algorithms for the features of (consistent)PLS and Bootstrapping with the professional version?

The software is exactly the same, but some features (algorithms) might not be usable. In addition, you have the restriction to max. 100 rows in data sets.

Have any data set limitation involved in 30 days free professional version. How can get it without any problem.

The 30 days trial does not have any limitations. Are you sure you have the trial and not the student version?
If you use the trial, please describe your problems in more detail.
