Different Small Models in One Research

Dear Prof
I am evaluating the influence of national innovation systems (NIS) on university industry research collaboration (UIRC)
I have found out that there are seven factors of NIS (Indepandant Variable) that influence on 6 factors of UIRC (Dependant variable)
But mostly factors of NIS only influence one factor of UIRC.
There is reinforcing factors (a moderating factors) that influence on NIS factors to boost up the UIRC factors
I am using smartpls 2.0 to evaluate my outcomes.
I can see i have seven different models, but i need one model.
Can you kindly suggest any solution.
