Singular matrix

Hello,
I find Smart PLS relatively easy once you get the hang of it.
At this point I am only focusing on Reliability and Validity for my Pilot study.
However in one of my measurement models for the above , the calculation cannot be done and a notice saying " Singular matrix problem".
I am confused with this.
How do I correct my factors on this ?
