With the release of the new SmartPLS 3 we changed the registration procedures. The new SmartPLS 3 release can be downloaded from
http://www.smartpls.com/ and there are different licensing options available:

If you want to get a new activation code for the old SmartPLS 2 software, please register again on
http://www.smartpls.com/smartpls2

I registered smartPLS 2.0 for several times, but still did not receive the license key. Why?? PLS 2.0 is not supported any more???

I registered 2 days ago on the website. I didn't receive any email about Account Activate.
Would you please send me the license key as I need for installing the software?

I suggest removing the license key requirement since it seems to be unnecessary given that pls 3.0 has been developed and largely advocated. "not receiving any email about acount activate" seems to be driving users to pay and purchase pls 3.0.. hehe

We definitely sent out the email - just checked it again. Did you not receive it? Did you check your spam folder? You may need to talk to your email provider if our emails do not get through to you.
Please send your request to
support@smartpls.com and we can directly send you your key. But you need to make sure that our emails get through to you in the future.
