I registered 2 days ago on the website. I didn't receive any email about Account Activate.
Would you please send me the license key as I need for installing the software?

I don´t see any registration for your email address. Please try to use another browser when you register on http://www.smartpls.com/smartpls2 . We had some trouble with older Internet Explorers - thats the only thing I can imagine. If it does not work, please open a support request.

May be check spam or connection internet again.

I have already used SmartPLS 2 since 2010. Now I am trying to use it again for analyzing my data, but as we all know we need license key which can be received through our email. I find difficulty to get the personal activation key for SmartPLS 2 . Can anybody help me? Probably Pak Latan. I've already visit the website as suggested in FAQ but still I could not find the license key or security key. so I cannot operate SmartPLS 2.

PLease try to operate through the webpage. It's really simple and wokred several thound times. You register, get an email that you use to confirm that you registered, and then you get an email with the download link and acitvation key. That's it.

Note: To get a new key SmartPLS 2, you have to register to use the new email (e-mail should not be the same as any previously registered), only it's your problem.

I changed my computer and need to install my license key in this new equipment. However, when I insert the licence key, it appears that is already installed on another PC.

I removed the installation of my old PC, but the information remains. How should I proceed?
