I Could not reactivate key for SmartPLS 2.0

For your kind information, I am teaching my students both the undergraduate and postgraduate students to use SmartPLS 2.0. I have been using SmartPLS 2.0 since 2013. Unfortunately, the account already expired since a few days ago. I tried to login using my previous username and password several times but failed. Usually, I have no problem to reactivate the account after each of the 90 days expiring date. But now, I could not do so. What can be done?

I have tried to login using my previous username and password but failed. So what I did is to reregister myself and I got an e-mail from you informing my new activation key. I have tried to activate using the new activation key that you have e-mailed me but still failed to use the SmartPLS 2.0. So what should I do?

I got the error message during trying to activate "An error occurred during the activation procedure!"

With the release of the new SmartPLS 3 we changed the registration procedures. The new SmartPLS 3 release can be downloaded from http://www.smartpls.com/ and there are different licensing options available.

If you want to get a new activation code for the old SmartPLS 2 software, please register again on http://www.smartpls.com/smartpls2!

I tried to download the SmartPLS 2.0 at http://www.smartpls.com/smartpls2

However, I can't select the country from the pull down menu. There is no content and the field is mandatory. I've tried using Safari, IE, Chrome, Firefox at both OS X and Windows environment. All failed. Can anyone help me? Sincerely appreciate.

We have made some changes to the registration form. Can you please try to clear your browser caches and reload the page once again?

If it still doesn´t work, please open a support ticket and we will subscribe you manually.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to use another computer and it is still not functioning properly. I still see no content in the pull down menu. Would you please subscribe me manually or instruct me to do so? I didn't find where I can summit support ticket. Appreciate.

The bug isn't fixed, I also have this problem and I need version 2. Hope that's not a designed error to get peaple buying.
So fix it, please.

In 95% of the cases, users can register...
