Hi,
I´ve used multiple imputation in SPSS Statistics to deal with Missing values. Now I´d like to run the data in SmartPLS. Is it right that I have to run my model several times, each with another one of the imputed datasets, and afterwards calculate the pooled average by hand? Or is there any other method to deal with multiple imputed datasetes in SmartPLS?
Many thanks in advance,
Vanessa

Re: Dealing with multiple imputed datasets
Hi,
SmartPLS not provide MI for dealing missing value. But I think you can used it from SPSS and import it into SmartPLS.
Another methods in SmartPLS for handling missing values is Casewise deletion, Pairwaise deletion and Mean Replacement (this is very conventional methods).
