different correlations in SmartPLS

Hello,

In my model, there are three exogenous LVs, three endogenous LVs and several mediators. When I model them separately, for example, 1 exogenous LV, 1 mediator and three endogenous LVs in a model, I find correlations among them are slightly different in different models. These correlations are also slightly different with results from SPSS. Do anyone know why this happens?
