Hi,
I'm not sure if there is something wrong with how I've installed SmartPLS but I cannot seem to open any of the .splsm files that I've created. The models are okay while I'm working on them, but if I shut down the program and try to re-open them (either through SmartPLS or through my documents), it opens a blank SmartPLS screen. Does anyone know why this might be?
