Hi everyone
I got R square 0.99 in 2nd order type II. It should be 1. Can anybody tell why its happen and waht is the solution?

Hello.

The R2( 0<R2<1 ) of a formative HOC approximately equals 1 and R2 equals 1.0 if the LOCs completely explain all the variance of the HOC.
