low outloadings and high t-value

Hi,experts:
In my model,I have a indicator that I think is important.It's outloading is just 0.1272,but it's T Statistics is 2.6624(higher than 1.96).Shoud I delete or reserve this indicator？

If you have reflective indicators deleted it, but if you have formative indicators retain it.
